On Friday 29 January, Ufone, the Pakistani Telecommunications Brand, celebrated 20 years of excellence and glory. There was a virtual event to unveil the special occasion for employees around the world. Nice Homes children from Pakistan were invited to share this rare opportunity with Ufone and they were invited to a cake cutting ceremony.
Over the past 2 decades, Ufone has for the first time launched a number of creative products and services on the market. It has therefore been not only a game changer in the telecom industry, but also has helped allow customers to have access to information.
The network has been pursuing the mission of providing quality services to Pakistani people since its inception. Ufone has shown effectively how technology can be used to enhance user experience and accessibility.
All who died last year including former CEO Ufone and revolutionary leader Rashid Khan were honoured with a heartfelt tribute. Staff were also commended during these difficult times for their courage and their determination, against all odds, to deliver the best possible services.
In market growth and customer care, the brand has done exceptionally well. It has always tried to provide its people with better opportunities. The people of Pakistan remain the priority during their 20 years of journey, whether it’s collaborating with social organizations to guide a wave of change or to provide customers with a better digital experience. With more attention paid to service excellence and customer convenience, Ufone plans to broaden its offerings further and thus retain its slogan “Tum Hi Tou Ho”
Over the years, clients have played a leading role in Ufone’s huge success as the Pakistani telecommunications firm. After 20 years of successful completion, Ufone was warmly appreciated and congratulated by its customers. These messages were collected in a special video that gives an indication of the strength of the relationship between the organization and its employees.
